The Home provides Residential, Respite and Intermediate Care for Older adults. We have total of 20 beds, all single rooms.
We will assess each person individually to ensure that we can meet their individual needs within Hillside Home.
The Intermediate Care beds in Hillside link with Hywel Dda to provide dedicated Occupational and Physio Therapy service weekly.
The Home is on two floors with shared toilets bathrooms and showers on each floor.
4 of our bedrooms have ensuite facilities.
Hillside Home is equipped and furnished to a comfortable standard and all bedrooms have; television, radio (service users are asked which they would prefer or if they would like both), staff alert systems, lockable cabinets, a profiling bed, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a bedside table with bed side lamp.
There are two lounges, a large dining area/activities area. Both lounges have seating areas with televisions. There is parking to the front of the building and gardens to the back where there is also a large conservatory overlooking the garden with distant sea views. The dining room seats up to 20 people, where you may choose to have your meals.
The Home does not provide nursing care.
