Cartref Croeso is a luxury residential home catering for fifteen residents. All bedrooms with high-spec en-suite bathrooms. The communal rooms are spacious & comfy for you to sit with fellow residents, friends or family. There's more than enough space to entertain friends and you can always find somewhere quiet if you want some time to yourself. Leaving your own home is a big decision, but it should not be the end of your happy years - just a new and exciting chapter. We want to spoil you, but encourage your independence and respect your wishes. This will still be your life & your new home. Cartref Croeso, formally known as Tremle Residential Home, had a full renovation throughout all rooms. We opened our doors in September 2018, and our first inspection is available on the CIW website. We have a manager, a senior care assistant and two care assistants on throughout the day, and a senior care assistant and a care assistant throughout the night shifts. We have monthly outings to places of interest such as local beaches, museums, national botanical gardens of Wales, and any suggestions to where our residents want to go. The home is in a rural position with lovely views of the Carmarthenshire countryside. You can wander into the grounds and relax on the seating areas, or we always welcome help in the gardens (all wheelchair accessible). We even have a polytunnel and chickens! If you're not ready to move in full time, we also offer respite care & day care.
