Highgrove is situated in a residential area of the town of Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire. An ideal location to all essential amenities and just a few minutes away from the beautiful coastline of Pembrokeshire, including the National Park. We are proud to offer care for 30 residents, enabling them to maintain their dignity and independence. We pride ourselves as being flexible and adapting to residents needs. We understand that individual’s needs change, we endeavour to meet the needs of the residents up to end of life care. Staff at Highgrove are trained and experienced in caring for individuals who are residential, EMI and palliative care. We are able to meet the needs of adults with personal care given with dignity and respect to the wishes and choices of the residents. We assist residents with their medicinal and nutritional needs. We have an excellent working relationship with the District Nurses and GPs who visit the home regularly, as and when required to cater to any nursing needs service users may require. We are a family owned Residential Home and pride ourselves on our friendly, welcoming atmosphere and excellent relationships with visitors and relatives.
