Lynnefield Care Home is registered with the Care Inspectorate Wales. The home is conveniently situated in Merlin’s Bridge, a mile from Haverfordwest town centre in Pembrokeshire. It stands on its level grounds with ample parking and lovely surrounding gardens. There is easy access to local amenities and community services with bus and train links within walking distance. There are links to the A40 leading to the M4. The Home welcomes up to 15 older people in single bedrooms; two of the rooms have en-suite bathrooms. There are two lounges, a dining room, two bathrooms, a conservatory, and a beautiful garden. We provide Residential Respite or Long-Term Care. We are experienced in caring for people with mild dementia, mobility problems, incontinence, palliative care, and other age-related conditions. We provide meaningful activities to our residents. Lynnefield's highly trained care staff are here 24 hours a day to ensure that the residents are comfortable and any individual needs are taken care of. Talented and creative catering staff pride themselves on providing tasty home cooking and varied menus which are regularly changed to encourage a healthy and varied diet and to support the residents to make their choice every day. We offer a homely atmosphere where family and friends are always welcome.
