Melbourne House Care Home can provided care for 23 Male or Female service users for the elderly 65 and above. Our staff are specifically trained in dementia care so that this service can be offered. We also hold specific activities to enhance the well being of our service users. We encourage the local community to use our service so the service users can retain as many links with friends, neighbours and their community. There are no restrictions or formalities on visiting and people can feel free to entertain their family and friends at any time, we understand that moving into a care home can be an anxious time for all involved and we find that maintaining links in this way helps to smooth the transition.
