Plas y Bryn is a purpose-built care home situated in Cwmgwili, Carmarthenshire. Warm and welcoming, with English and Welsh spoken in equal measure, Plas-y-Bryn enjoys a high reputation for care within the local community and among visiting healthcare professionals. Male and female care staff are employed so individuals can have their preferred choice of carer. Plas y Bryn is registered with the Care Inspectorate (Wales) (CIW) The home accommodates 34 older people over the age of 50 years requiring personal care. Plas y Bryn caters for older people who have dementia or have some physical impairment. Anyone under the age of 50, may be considered on an individual basis and if the home can meet the needs of that individual. We have a range of activities at the home. We also have several outings, we visit Zoos, Museums, Seaside’s, Steam railways and much more!
