Y Plas is a purpose built Care Home that opened in the 1981. Over the years it has benefitted from significant upgrading and refurbishment work always striving to maintain a good standard of accommodation and facilities to meet the care needs and expectation of the people living there. The Home is registered to provide care and support for up to 30 people assessed as needing a long term residential care placement. The accommodation is located over two floors. The Management and Staff Team are proud of the service provided at Y Plas and continue to be committed to delivering a high standard of care. Supporting personal lifestyle choices and identity with dignity and respect, in a safe, comfortable and homely environment in order to achieve what matters to them.
