Training at all levels has been the key driver for Llwyndyrys with an ongoing training programme that has helped to build a dynamic team of caring professionals. The Manager and her team strive to deliver the best for their residents, which is reflected in the day to day running of Llwyndyrys and the inclusion of resident, family and the care team in the delivery of‘ person centred’ quality care. Everyone is involved in planning the day to day activities and events and the residents’ favourite activities have become the mainstay of the programme today.
